This policy explains how Kol Frame (“Kol Frame”, “we”, “us”), operated by Joseph Levy from Be’er Sheva, Israel, collects and uses personal information when you visit www.kolframe.com or work with us.

What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email, phone number and project details when you use the contact form, the brief assistant, or email us.
• Payment information: deposits and payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and your name and email. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site preferences: your chosen language and currency are stored in your own browser so the site remembers them.
• Embedded media: some pages embed video or music players from third parties (such as YouTube), which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare quotes.
• To deliver the services you order, send invoices and keep business and tax records.
• To send you messages about your project.
• To send occasional updates about our services, only where the law allows it. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business: website hosting, email, payment processing and project tools. They may process data outside your country, including in Israel, the United States and the European Union, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, Canada’s PIPEDA, the EU/UK GDPR or California law), you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to marketing. Write to jl@kolframe.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable providers. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
