Terms of Service

These terms apply to www.kolframe.com and to the services Kol Frame provides, operated by Joseph Levy from Be’er Sheva, Israel. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. A written quote or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Services and prices

• Packages and prices are listed on the Services page. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise; shekel pricing applies in Israel. Taxes are added where they are due.
• “From” prices are starting points. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• We may update prices at any time. Changes do not affect projects that are already confirmed.

Payment and deposits

• Orders under $1,000 are paid in full upfront.
• Larger projects require a deposit of at least $1,000 to reserve the time, with the balance due as set out in the project quote.
• Deposits are applied to the project. Refund terms for each project, including what happens if it is cancelled after work has started, are stated in its quote.

Your materials

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you give us (music, footage, logos, names, likenesses and text). You are responsible for any claims arising from those materials.

Ownership of the work

When the project is paid in full, you receive the rights in the final deliverables agreed in the quote. Kol Frame keeps its tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and may show the finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party elements (stock media, fonts, licensed voices, music libraries, software) remain under their own licenses.

AI-generated content

Some services use artificial intelligence tools, as described in each package. AI output can contain errors. You should review deliverables before publishing them. Copyright protection for purely AI-generated material varies by country.

Revisions and delivery

Each quote sets out the number of revision rounds and the delivery timeline. Timelines depend on receiving your materials and feedback on time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kol Frame’s total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Be’er Sheva have jurisdiction.
